    Chance to learn multiple exercises to help handstand 

    In this 90 minutes, you would learn many exercises that can help your handstand. Some of the exercises were the ones with special equipment, so you feel like it is worth to come, but others were the ones you could do it by yourself so you can practice at home! Don’t worry, the coach will still give a very specific cue only to you!

    Although there are many videos and posts about how to start gymnastics and handstand online, there is nothing like personal assistance to guide you. But in this class, you pay, and definitely it will be paid off!! 

  • People who want to get strength and mobility to do gymnastics

    Want to Master your handstand instead of just being able to do a handstand? This class is yours!

    Tips: Were non-slippery socks otherwise you would take off your socks. 

    Also, it would be great if you are already comfortable to be upside down as you would be in that position in most of the exercises

Thank you Jim for such an amazing 90minutes handstand workshop !! It’s been a while to have a funny coach who throws jokes randomly throughout the class for me, and let me tell you, the workouts were hard but I almost forgot how fast the time passed. That’s how he is funny haha Not to mention, the workouts and coaching were awesome and I am much motivated than ever to be able to do handstand!!
