  • Chance to have a fun dance-style cardio

    No dance experience? No worries, it is relatively simple and details of hand and feet move is just to make you look cool. Adding a bit of detail and Ta-da! You are already a dancer!

  • Energetic instructor with an all-level friendly environment

    Jessica, the instructor, was super energetic and just want everyone to keep moving and have fun! 6:30 pm, it’s almost the end of a day, but her energy boosts the energy of the class!

  • After-work friendly location
    It is in downtown, Powell station. If you work around there like Financial Districts, you can hop in the class after work.

  • People who want to have a good combo of cardio, dance, and strength workouts in a class

  • People who want to have mild-active workouts

The class is popular so it is very crowded. Arrive a bit earlier and keep your spot!
